Yancheng Limin Chemical Co., Ltd. Public Notice of the Results of the 40th Anniversary Company Emblem Design Competition

To all members of the public and participating designers:

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Company (1986–2026), on May 20, 2026 we issued the "Announcement Inviting Entries for the Company Emblem Design Competition for the 40th Anniversary of Yancheng Limin Chemical Co., Ltd.," publicly soliciting emblem design entries from the whole of society for the 40th anniversary celebration. The competition received an enthusiastic response from design enthusiasts, professional design agencies and members of the public from all walks of life, with a total of 190 entries submitted.

In accordance with the review rules set out in the competition announcement, the Company formed an internal review panel and engaged outside experts to conduct two independent rounds of review. Entries were comprehensively scored and shortlisted through panel deliberation based on multiple criteria, including thematic relevance, creativity, visual aesthetics, brand integration, practicality for implementation, and originality/compliance. Three finalist entries were selected, and the Organizing Committee subsequently voted to determine the final results: one Adopted Award and two Excellence Awards. The winning entries are hereby announced, with a public notice period of five working days.

 II. Public Notice Period

Notice period: five working days commencing July 9, 2026.

 III. Procedure for Raising Objections

During the notice period, any entity or individual who has an objection concerning the originality, ownership, or review outcome of the above winning entries may submit a written objection under their real name, together with valid supporting evidence, to the designated email address limin@chinapesticides.com. The subject line of the email should read "Objection Regarding 40th Anniversary Emblem Public Notice + Contact Name and Phone Number." If no valid objection is received by the deadline, the results will be deemed to be without objection.

Notes on the verification of objections:

1. The objecting party must provide genuine proof of identity, evidence of ownership, and complete evidence relevant to the alleged infringement. Anonymous objections will not be accepted.
2. If, upon verification, an entry is confirmed to involve plagiarism, copying, infringement of intellectual property rights, or other violations, the Company will immediately disqualify the entry concerned, and the designer shall bear the corresponding legal and compensation liabilities.

 IV. Subsequent Arrangements

1. If no objection is raised by the end of the notice period, the Company will contact the winners to arrange payment of the prize money and delivery of certificates of honor. All prize amounts are stated before tax; individual income tax shall be borne by the winners (with the Company fulfilling its withholding obligation).
2. In accordance with the terms of the competition announcement, upon conclusion of this public notice, all intellectual property rights in the winning entries — including copyright, trademark rights, and design patent rights — shall permanently vest in Yancheng Limin Chemical Co., Ltd. in full. The Company shall hold all rights of use, including the right to modify, use commercially, register as a trademark, and apply the works across multiple scenarios.
3. All non-winning entries will be retained solely for the Company's internal archives. The corresponding electronic files will be uniformly destroyed six months after the conclusion of the review and will never be used for any commercial purpose.

 V. Other Matters

This emblem design competition has been conducted throughout in strict accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, the Company reserves the final right of interpretation with respect to this competition and review activity.

We sincerely thank all designers who participated in this emblem design competition, and thank all sectors of society for their attention to and support of Limin Chemical's forty-year journey of development.
