Pyraclostrobin is an active ingredient of the methoxyacrylate fungicide class and is a mitochondrial inhibitor. It inhibits mitochondrial respiration by blocking electron transfer in the cytochrome bc1 complex, achieving a bactericidal effect. It has a fast action speed and can penetrate into the leaves within a few minutes of application. The active ingredient diffuses in the mesophyll tissue and forms a sedimentation film on the leaves, which adheres tightly to the wax layer and can effectively control pathogenic spores in the leaves. It has a strong systemic effect, has both preventive and early therapeutic effects, a long lasting effect, and has a good yield-increasing effect. Tebuconazole is a broad-spectrum, systemic agent that inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol in pathogens.
