Product Features: This insecticide is a blend of the biogenic pesticide emamectin benzoate and the chemical pesticide tolfenpyrad, with active ingredient contents of 1.8% and 10%, respectively. Emamectin benzoate is a macrolide disaccharide insecticide that paralyzes and kills insects by blocking motor nerve signaling. It has both stomach and contact effects and good penetrability. Tolfenpyrad is a new pyrazole heterocyclic insecticide and acaricide. It is primarily a stomach toxicant with some contact effects, and has ovicidal, feeding, and adult oviposition-inhibiting properties. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit oxidative phosphorylation in insects, hindering the electron transport complex in the mitochondrial metabolic system. This hinders electron transport, preventing the insect from generating and storing energy. This inhibitor is known as a mitochondrial electron transport complex (MET1) inhibitor. The combination of the two exhibits significant synergistic effects, offering rapid-acting, long-lasting effects, ovicidal, feeding, and broad-spectrum insecticide.
